Set the Epicor menu form for View in Epicor links
Fluent uses an Epicor menu ID to open the record it created, such as a sales order or AP invoice, straight in Epicor Kinetic. Copy the menu ID from the address bar while the Epicor screen is open, then enter it in the Epicor menu form field of your agent's tool. Until you set it, View in Epicor does not appear on that agent's documents.
Find the menu ID in Epicor
Every Kinetic screen opens under a menu ID, and one screen often has several menu entries, each with its own ID. Take the ID from the menu entry your team actually uses.
In Epicor Kinetic, open the screen for your agent's documents, for example AP Invoice Entry or Order Entry.
Look at the address bar. The URL contains
/view/followed by the menu ID.Copy the part between
/view/and the next?.
For example, in https://yourcompany.epicorsaas.com/server/Apps/Erp/Home/#/view/OMMT3001?company=EPIC01&site=MfgSys, the menu ID is OMMT3001.
You can also find it in Menu Maintenance: choose All under Parent Menus, search by the screen's name in Menu Description, and copy the Menu ID from the results.

Enter it in Fluent
You need permission to edit the agent.
Go to Manage team > Agents and open the agent.
On the Capabilities tab, scroll to Tools.
Click the pencil icon on the agent's draft tool, for example Draft Sales Order or Draft Invoice.
Under Basics, enter the menu ID in Epicor menu form.
Click Save changes.
Fluent saves the menu ID on each document as it drafts it, so View in Epicor shows up on documents drafted after you save. It appears in a document's row menu on the Documents page once the record exists in Epicor.
