Plans and credits
Fluent is priced by usage, not by seats: every document and every chat draws from one shared credit balance, and every plan includes unlimited agents and unlimited users.

The more you commit, the less each credit costs. A larger committed volume or an annual plan lowers your effective per-credit rate, and on an annual plan the credit pool spans the whole year. Reach out to sales for volume pricing above the published plans.
What higher tiers add
Starter includes unlimited agents, unlimited users, agent inboxes, knowledge bases, and embedding agents on your website.
Growth adds everything in Starter, a lower per-credit rate, an audit log, and data-retention controls.
Scale adds everything in Growth, our lowest published rate, and extended data retention.
How credits work
Included credits come with your plan and refresh at the start of each billing period. Unused included credits do not roll over.
Purchased credits are top-ups you add yourself or via auto-refill. They never expire and carry over indefinitely.
Usage draws from your included credits first, then from your purchased balance.
If no balance remains, processing pauses until you add more credits. Auto-refill tops you up automatically when you run low.
Credits scale with the work each AI action takes, not a flat per-document fee. Current per-type estimates: purchase orders, quotes, and sales orders about 35 credits each; AP invoices and pack slips about 25; timesheets about 8; payment supplements about 2. Chat and other non-document agents draw from the same balance, metered on actual per-turn usage. More capable models or higher reasoning effort use more credits, while lighter or cached calls use fewer.
Add-ons
Customer Portal, $500/month: unlimited portal users for the customers you sell to. They send documents straight to Fluent and ask about their own orders, shipments, and invoices, using only the agents and tools you allow.
Vendor Portal, $500/month: unlimited portal users for the vendors you buy from. They send invoices and pack slips straight to Fluent and ask about their own POs and receipts, using only the agents and tools you allow.
Trial credit
Invited teams start on a 30-day trial that includes a credit balance, so you can process documents and chat at no charge during the trial. You only start paying when the trial converts.
