Create an access scope in Epicor

Create an access scope in Epicor by opening Access Scope Maintenance, creating a new scope, and adding the services it grants. If you are setting up Fluent, you normally do not need to build a scope from scratch: during onboarding, download the required access scope from the Fluent connection setup screen and import it in Epicor via Security Management > Access Scope Maintenance, then assign it to the integration user. This article covers creating a scope manually.

Create the scope in Epicor

1. In the Epicor menu, search for Access Scope to open Access Scope Maintenance.

2. Create a new Access Scope Maintenance type.

3. Once the scope is created and saved, select services from the related pages.

4. Create a new Access Scope service. The example service name is GrowKinetic.
