Create an attachment type in Epicor

Create the attachment type in Epicor Kinetic first, before enabling attachment support on the Fluent side. The example in this article uses SharePoint.

1. In Epicor Kinetic, go to System Management > Attachment Type Maintenance.

2. Click the help icon and select the first option.

3. Select the attachment type you need. The example below uses SharePoint.

4. Expand the setup steps for that attachment type.

5. Complete each setup step in order.

Once the attachment type exists in Epicor, continue with the related setup articles: enable Epicor Kinetic attachment support in Fluent, connect Fluent to Epicor, and, if you need one, create an access scope in Epicor. Epicor also supports Google Drive as an attachment type.
